Success is not always measurable through data like body circumference or a number on the scale. Sometimes success is measured by how much joy you are receiving from life. When many of my clients find me, they have been shaming and restricting themselves for so long, they don’t even know how to enjoy life. They don’t feel like themselves anymore. They are so focused on their body-image that it has consumed their life and happiness.

It makes me so happy to celebrate when women ... step into their power and find their confidence and love for themselves. Knowing that it’s not about the number on the scale or the size of their jeans, but truly how they feel in their skin.

And then… after they release that resistance (and get their body out of stress mode) it frees up their body to work like the well-oiled machine that it is without all the stress and self-sabotage, and their ideal body comes as a natural side effect.

They tend to have healthier habits naturally and can nourish their way toward their dream body goals rather than restrict.

An unhappy journey never leads to a happy ending, and I think Erin’s story of transformation is a great example of that.

“After completing the Immersion program, I am now at peace with my body as it is while I continue on my journey to amazing health. I'm not stressed out anymore because I’ve learned it is ok to take time for ME, to take time for healing. I understand now that moving toward health isn't something you force through dieting techniques, restriction, and intense exercises. Health and weight loss is the happy side effect of letting go of the stresses, the pressures, and the false beliefs while you in tandem nourish your body and meet its needs. wedding

If I could sum it all up in one word, I'd say "FREEDOM"! I am now free from self-condemnation and fear of judgment from others. I'm free of the stressful counting and measuring and weighing and pushing myself at the gym and beating myself up if I didn't exercise at all, or if I overate, and forcing and striving, AND not making progress! I am set free from the false belief that I had to explain myself to others and that I needed to apologize somehow for not being beautiful and slender enough.

I’m free to let my body reach its ideal weight in its own good time and to enjoy my life in the meanwhile.”
